Tide opens district with win

It is not very often that a high school will earn a win with less than 200 yards of offense, but the Minden Crimson Tide did just that, and evened its season record to 3-3 Friday night with a 20-12 win over the Fair Park Indians.

The Tide took advantage of three fumbles and excellent field position to score three times in the first half, and the Minden defense made the Indians earn every yard and denied the big play scoring that had plagued them for the past three games.
