Special team failures cost North Webster in loss to Homer

HOMER – The North Webster Knights dropped to 1-3 with their 42-27 loss to Homer on Friday.

Despite the loss, head coach Joey Pesses saw some good things.

"The kids played a lot better and I was proud of them," he said. "They played as a team, functioned as one and kept fighting. Those were two big bright spots. I told them I couldn't be prouder of them, the way they laid it all out there. We just have to keep working."
