Minden High wins District 1-4A

The Minden Crimson Tide hosted Benton High Thursday at Griffith Stadium with the District 1-2A Championship on the line.

The Tide offense belted out nine hits and pitcher Derek Herrington baffled the Benton bats for most the game, and Minden came away with an 11-4 win.

It was a long time coming championship for the Tide.
