While all governmental buildings locally will be closed for "Black Friday," most banks will observe at least a partial day's work schedule.

Patrons of Richland State Bank will want to do their banking today, as the local business will be closed Thursday and Friday. The drive-through will be open from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday.
