A Minden man is in trouble with the law after blowing three times the legal blood alcohol limit for driving while intoxicated.

Johnny Louis James, 59, of the 600 block of Horton Street, was arrested by Minden Police for driving while intoxicated (third offense) and windshield obstruction.
