More storms expected until later

Thunderstorms ripped through Webster Parish around 4 a.m. today, bringing down trees and power lines all over the area.

According to the National Weather Service, more showers and thunderstorms were likely, mainly before 1 p.m.

Some storms could be severe, with damaging winds and heavy rain.
