Dubberly man found with teen

A Dubberly man is in trouble with the law in two parishes after having relations with a Bossier City female more than half his age.

Vernon Brown, 32, of the 100 block of Eason Lane, is facing a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child pornography in Minden and a hold has been placed on him by Bossier City police for acts performed inside the city limits.
