Burglar caught on tapeProving crime doesn't pay but it does photograph well, a Minden man was arrested by police after he was caught on tape robbing a local convenience store.

Russell Waltman, 18, of the 100 block of High Street, has been charged with simple burglary and criminal damage to property at a Shreveport Road business.
