Businessman under arrest

Webster Parish deputies arrested a Minden businessman Tuesday on charges of theft and failure to report (a motor vehicle accident).

Sheriff Gary Sexton said Ronald Doyle Veitch, 54, of the 200 block of Murrell Street, was scheduled to be released from LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport Wednesday and transported to Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
