Invoice reimbursements backed up

Three years after the completion of sewer lines at South Webster Industrial District, invoices are being sent to the City of Minden for reimbursement.

"When this project began, the city said they would reimburse us when it was finished," said Henry Bridges, SWID secretary/treasure. "We are also looking to transfer ownership and maintenance of the sewer lines to the city as well."
