Community services offering LIHEAP

Webster Parish Community Services is offering the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Funds have been made available for fiscal year 2012 for non-crisis assistance as well as crisis assistance.

Applicants will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
