School Board votes to fix J.A. Phillips traffic problem

After being told to "make your choice," Webster Parish School Board members voted 10 to one Monday to install a driveway at J.A. Phillips Middle School, a solution advocates say will ease traffic congestion in the school's neighborhood.

"It's not my call, because I am not going to be here," said Steve Dozier, Superintendent of Webster Schools. "Make your pick, but it is your call and you're going to live with it."
