Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Grace Benefield, Gertrude Burton and Lorine Martin; and brothers, RC, Grover and Woodard Martin.

Military Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete Holley, Urel Cox, Dalton Nealy, Mike Woodard, Richard G. Martin, Jr., Perry Wall, Johnny Savage and Teddy Sheets.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016 or the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 4196, Monroe, LA 71211.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Dr. Zabaneh and the caregivers of Life Care Hospital, Willis Knighton North and a very special thanks to Dr. Clint Butler for the loving care shown to our loved one and family. Words can't express our appreciation for the services of Naline Salone, former Prisoner of War Coordinator, for all she has done for us.
