Apache netters top River Oaks

MONROE — The Glenbrook Apache netters traveled to Monroe yesterday for a return dual match with the River Oaks Mustangs and claimed a 6-5 win.
Leading the way for the Apaches was the singles' play of Amelia Christy, Catherine Willis, and Noah Woodard.

"River Oaks has continued to be a formidable opponent for us, and for us to defeat them twice in a season is indeed a feat," Apache coach Wayne Orr said. "The challenges and the experience our younger team members gained last season has certianly benefitsed our play this season. We are a stronger team. I am surprised, yet very pleased, that we are undefeated at this juncture of our schedule."
