Glenbrook wins first round series

LIBERTY, MS.—The Glenbrook Apaches traveled to Liberty, Mississippi on Friday to take on Amite in the second game of their best two-out-of-three opening round series in the MAIS baseball playoffs.

Glenbrook took Game 1 in Minden on Tuesday, and needed to win one of the two games on Friday to move on to the second round.

And they did just that, winning Game 2, 9-4. Glenbrook will now host Riverfield on Tuesday at 4 p.m. in the first game of the second round series.
