Warriors lose to Panthers

SIBLEY — The Lakeside Warriors and the Sterlington Panthers went into extra innings Thursday with the Panthers pulling out the 7-5 win.

"It was a good ball game," Lakeside coach Bob Gray said. "It was tied 5-5 after seven, and Sterlington was able to scratch out a couple of runs in the top of the eight. We had our chances, but it was just one of those things."
