Home runs power Minden past Lakeshore

The Minden Crimson Tide jumped out to a 4-0 first inning lead over the Lakeshore Titans on Friday, and then held on for the 5-3 win.

With the win, the Tide advances to the LHSAA Class 4A second round. The Tide will travel to Lafayette to take on the #1 seeded St. Thomas Moore Cougars at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
