Kingdom Fun provides climate controlled summer fun

Ashley Simpson had planned on taking her kids to a movie in Bossier Tuesday afternoon, but a questionable tire forced her to abandon her plan. However, she was able to keep up her promise of a fun-filled day while staying in Minden by taking 8-year-old Alec and 6-year-old Garrett to Kingdom Fun, an indoor arcade and bounce house party place inside the former O.J.'s grocery store.

"It's something for the kids in Minden, and we don't have to drive to Shreveport, Ruston or Monroe," Simpson said. "It's relaxing. You can pick a spot to watch and you can see them from anywhere."
