De Pingre’ announces bid for House

De Pingre’ announces bid for HouseMinden Republican Jerri de Pingre' has announced she will be a candidate for the Louisiana House of Representatives' District 10 seat this fall.

The educator and businesswoman said she would be a citizen legislator not a professional politician.

"As a wife and a mother, I believe I can bring to government the life experiences as well as the professional background necessary to move Webster Parish and the state of Louisiana forward," de Pingre' said.
