More than 100 people turned out for the Ground Blessing ceremony at Legacy Acres Subdivision – the site of the 3rd Annual Millard Fuller Legacy Build during the week of October 17 through 21.

In attendance for the event were members of the Fuller Center of Webster board of directors, as well as board members from Webster Development Fund.
