Burgers benefit agency

If you enjoy music, winning as the highest bidder, or if you enjoy grilling and have ever considered entering a cooking contest, there is an event just for you. The Concert, Best Burger Cook-Off and Silent Auction will be Saturday, August 27.

The event to benefit the Northwest Louisiana Pregnancy Care Center of Minden will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
