Streets open to foot traffic only

Passing through downtown Minden will be a little more difficult over the weekend, but the inconvenience will be well worth it for patrons of the Fasching 5th Season Festival.

Pattie Odom, Minden Main Street director, said possibly late tonight or early Friday morning, all parking spaces on Main Street will be blocked just past the alley at Roberts Music to East Union on both sides.
