Judge swears in police jury

Swearing in of police jurors, some standard "housekeeping" duties and a just-under-$67,000 check, brought in 2012 at Monday's Webster Parish Police Jury (WPPJ) meeting.

Allen Gilbert and Randy Thomas began their first terms along with Perry Kirkland who returns from a more than 10 year hiatus. The three joined nine returning jurors to be sworn in for four-year terms by Judge Harmon Drew, Jr.
