Paddling trails along Bayou Dorcheat highlight a Webster Parish Convention and Vistors' Bureau (WPCVB) drive to bring nature-based tourism (NBT) into the area, hoping visitors will want to "Discover Our Good Nature."

"We want to be seen as a place young people come – we want to expand our demographic," WPCVB Executive Director Lynn Dorsey said. "We didn't know (NBT) was going to be a big thing when we began years ago, we just decided that was what we have to offer."
