Riley report: halfway there

Riley report: halfway thereWhen there is a need, Webster Parish residents respond. The goal to raise $5,000 for the family of Riley Peyton Bailey, a toddler recently diagnosed with Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, is well under way to being reached.

"We are halfway there," said mom, Christy Bailey Coleman, who said it's because of donations made by local residents, a new fund-raising website created by her best friend and the raffle of quilts made by Barbara Woods Dison.
