Troop G suspends inspections, stamps

Captain Tom Madden, commander of Louisiana State Police Troop G, has suspended the conducting of physical inspections as well as the issuance of trailer stamps by troop personnel until the State Police response to Tropical Storm Isaac is concluded.

"It is anticipated that troopers from our area will be deployed to areas of the state that will be directly impacted by the storm," Madden said.
