Veteran's Day is observed Friday, November 11, and most Minden banks will be closed, while some public buildings will still have business as usual. Citizens National Bank, Carter Federal Credit Union, MBL Bank, Capital One, Richland State Bank, Regions Bank and the main local branch of Gibsland Bank will all be closed. Gibsland Bank's Walmart branch will observe regular hours.
