"The case from hell," is the description given by advocates in foster care when Savanah and Siarah Hall were switched to their new home in 2009.

Fortunately, that's not where the story ends for Savanah, 12, and Siarah, 11. Literally that is where their story begins.

In efforts to work through where they have been to get to where they are today, the recently-adopted duo started authoring a book, "The Gray Shaded Area."
