Preliminary art winners highlighted

Preliminary winners of the Spring Art Festival's art contest have been announced and students across the parish are being recognized for their creativity.

"Our congratulations go out to our preliminary winners," said Chris Broussard, festival chairman. "Our sincere thanks to the hundreds and hundreds of young artists who participated. The art was superb."
