'Solar' power to the people

Solar energy grant incentives and other issues are being debated in the Public Service Commission (PSC) and Legislature, giving cause for concern on many levels.

"I believe consumers are best served by a variety of energy sources," Commissioner Foster Campbell said. "I believe solar power should be part of a diversified energy future for our state. It's clean, it's not imported from overseas and it creates jobs."
