Shooting suspect pleads guilty

Just before he was scheduled to go to trial Monday, Thierry Woods pled guilty to attempted second degree murder in the 2012 shooting of a Minden woman.

"This terrible act caused life-changing injuries to the victim who is having a difficult time recovering her health," said Bossier-Webster District Attorney Schuyler Marvin. "It also caused dramatic changes to the lives of her family. Our office will always prosecute those who commit these kinds of crimes to the fullest extent of the law."
