Arkansas man charged with buying meth lab products in Louisiana

An ongoing investigation and a routine traffic stop added up to the arrest of a methamphetamine manufacturer who crossed the state line to purchase his ingredients.

Ronald Edward Kelley, 51, of Camden, Arkansas, has been charged with creation of a clandestine lab by agents with the North Webster Drug Task Force.
