Two-car collision

Woman arrested after failing field sobriety test

A Minden Police Department patrol car drove away with Tiffany Brown in the backseat while an unidentified male sat on the steps of a downtown business, his head in his hands, with two small children and Brown's purse beside him.

Brown, of Ashley Road in Cotton Valley was arrested Friday morning when she failed field sobriety tests administered after, according to eyewitnesses, she ran a red light and caused a two-car collision at the intersection of Talton St. and Broadway.
