Glenbrook Apaches down Rebels, 8-2

COUSHATTA — The Glenbrook Apaches improved their record to 19-1 with a 8-2 win over Riverdale on Saturday.

“It was good to get the win,” Glenbrook head coach Jonathan Hardy said. “But we feel like we’re going to have to play much better defensively than we did Saturday. We just made too many errors.”

Hardy wasn’t much more pleased with the bats.

“We didn’t swing the bats very well overall,” Hardy said. “But we did get some key hits and we were able to push some runs across. But overall we’re going to have to get better if we’re going to compete in the huge week we have ahead of us.”
