The Glenbrook Apaches and Lady Apaches split a pair of games with Columbia Christian last night.
The Apaches won a close one, 61-60, and were led by Cade Morgan with 15 points and he also led the team in rebounds.
Sam Marvin and Caden Copeland both scored 10 points and Corey Demoss added nine. Dakota Shinall dropped in six.
The Lady Apaches fell, 38-28.
Carsin Spurlock led the team with 17 points and Megan Sims had six.
"The girls played a good hard fought game," Lady Apaches coach Rendi Ward said. "We only have five varsity girls and two jv girls. We got in foul trouble late in the game and it hurt us. But overall they are taking steps in the right direction. I was real proud of the boys, they played their hearts out. It was a great game. They really came together as a team and played well. We excited about the future of both the boys and the girls."
