Aeropres Corporation ("Aeropres") announced that they have signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Technical Propellants, Inc. ("Technical") effective Monday, July 18, 2011.
Technical is a key supplier of aerosol propellants, foam expansion agents, and refrigerant gases in the Midwest and Southeastern portion of the United States.
