Cong. John Fleming, R-Minden, said he feels the U.S. Supreme Court "got it wrong" when they made rulings Wednesday concerning gay marriage, residency and benefits.
"The same court that used contorted reasoning last year to legitimize the unconstitutional and unpopular Obamacare law, applied equally bad reasoning today (Wednesday) to torpedo a federal marriage law that was passed on a bipartisan basis and that clearly reflected the longstanding will of the American people," Fleming said.
