Vitter bills pinch welfare recipients

VITTER DAVIDU.S. Senator David Vitter introduced two amendments to the Farm Bill in the U.S. Senate last week, affecting those on welfare.

The first would end the welfare subsidy for mobile phone service in the Lifeline Program.
