Graveside services for Yvonne Powdrill will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Minden Cemetery in Minden under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Ronnie Whitlock. The family will receive friends today (Monday May 30, 2011) from 5 until 7 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Yvonne was born Oct. 4, 1927 in Minden and entered into rest May 27, 2011 in Minden.
Her husband, O.V. Powdrill; son, Gary Powdrill; sister, Arlis Thibodeaux; and brother, Delbert B. McClintock preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda P. Miller of Minden; sister, Sybil A. Whisenhunt of Minden; three grandchildren, Stacy Cox and husband, Dwain, Julie Miller and Jennifer Powdrill; two great-grandchildren, Tyler Langley, and Jeffrey Cox and wife, Bobee; and two great-great-grandchildren, Walker Cox and Kohlbi Cox.
