Serving warrants on one known drug dealer netted Webster Parish Sheriff's deputies a marijuana user in the process.
Richard Allen Brown, 46, of the 100 block of Posey Lane, was arrested recently on two charges of distribution of CDS Sch. I (marijuana) and one charge each of illegal use of CDS in the presence of a minor, possession of CDS Sch. I with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS Sch. II.
