All high school English students have read Julius Caesar (Shakespeare) before graduating - at least most of us struggled through it. Recall the sooth-sayer forewarning Caesar about a conspiracy to kill him before "the Ides of March". He laughed it off and on his way to the forum that night, Caesar said to the soothsayer, "See, the Ides of March are here and no assassination". To this the soothsayer replied, 'the Ides have not passed'. And we know the rest of the story about Caesar!
