Kennon Angels, Shelton Divas and Cooksey’s Tax get wins

Results from last week's little league girls' basketball action.

11 to 14 year-old girls

Cooksey's Tax Service 46, VPW 26

Shatero Batton led Cooksey's with 20 points and AH'Mani Owens scored nine. Jasmin Dawson scored seven, Nicollette Walker six and My'Equonek Gill and Alaysia Wright both scored two.

Tiaga Pugh scored 13 points and Ebony Pugh scored nine to lead VPW. Datyquesha Jackson and Nancy Silva both scored two.

Cooksey's Tax Service 29, Pink Diamonds 20

Shatero Batton led Cooksey's with 11 points and Jasmin Dawson scored eight. Nicollette Walker scored six and AH'Mani Owens scored two. My'Equonek Gill added one.

Cardacious Smith led the Pink Diamonds with eight points. LaMya Hampton and Shamorrow Whiting both scored four and Whitney Aubrey and Adrienne Harper both scored two.

Seven to 10 year-old girls

Kennon Angels 18, Lil Saints 17

Kye Jones scored 11 points to lead the Kennon Angels. Raylin Black scored four, Chyna Halbert two and Kristen Smith one.

ZiMya Manning led the Lil Saints with eight points and Derrica Gilbert had seven. Ty'Kenya Harris added two points.

Shelton Divas 19, Lil Saints 8

Sa' Ambra Hadnot scored eight points to lead the Divas. Jordan Shelton scored six, ShunTorri Rodgers three and Malaysia Harris two.

Derrica Gilbert led the Lil Saints with four points. Ty'Kenya Harris and Da' Mysia Corley each added two points.
