Running Rebels, Pink Diamonds take little league wins

Results from last week's little league basketball action.

11 & 12 year-old boys

Running Rebels 54, Panthers 14

Christian Mardis led the Rebels with 15 points and Prentis Washington scored 13. Chase Mitchell scored 12 points and Xavier Haulcy scored four. Kertravion Oliver, Tyrese Myles, Dehkobe Debose and D. Lewis each scored two.

Jalien Moore led the Panthers with six points. Sean Simmons scored three points and Jakobe Harper and Quantrel Moore each scored two. Anterio McClendon added one.

Hornets 38, Patillo's Red Bulls 12

Keeyon Ward scored nine points and LaKalvin Morgan scored eight to lead the Hornets. Marcus Smith scored seven points and Andre Moore had five. Albert Taylor and Robert Fuentes both scored three, Jervae Winans had two and Montrell Williams had one.

Rodney Johnson scored 10 points and Shannon Hampton added two to lead the Red Bulls.

Sunderland Chiropractic 40, Heat 33

Kay Jones led Sunderland with 20 points. Fredren Payne scored seven and Donald Johnson had five. Chandler Williams scored four points and Ron Jenkins and Jarmiah Mayfield both had two.

John Buggs led the Heat with 20 points. Ziyon Crawford added eight points and Chauncell Jenkins had three. Jaylon Teal scored two points.

Nine & 10 year-old boys

Tar Heels 36, Klipperz 19

Chance Mitchell led the Tar Heels with 16 points. Sha'Tardricka Batton scored six points and Cameron Manuel, Dorrce Eason and Nathaniel White each scored four. DeAudrick Gill added two.

Thomas Ben and Nycholas Williams led the Klipperz with six points each. Ken'Trell Parker scored five and Curtis Carter added two.

Lakers 26, Word of Faith 24

Jamarea Lewis led the Lakers with 13 points. Aldravion Taylor scored five and Zach Morris and Miles both added four.

Jalik Davis scored 10 points to lead Word of Faith. Marcus Lard scored six, Tyler Cook had four and LaMarcus Clark and Jyrik Davis both scored two.

Harper GMC 51, Mustangs 12

Shane Siah scored 18 points and Jay'Shun Miller had 14 to lead GMC. Ken'Darrius Moore scored nine, DeMetrius Debose had eight and Jordan Hamilton added two.

Adeymi Kemp and Matthew Jackson each scored four points to lead the Mustangs. Daiquiri Powell and J'Loyd Kinable both scored two.

Seven & eight year-old boys

GB&T Tigers 18, Show & Tell 19

Kameron Wilson led GB&T with 12 points and Daylen Robinson added three. Jacquez Jackson scored two and Jaylin Williams had one.

Kentravion Lister led Show & Tell with 11 points. Andre Lewis and D'Antre Bradley both scored four.

Who Dats 15, Show & Tell 13

Travion Sanders led the Who Dats with nine points and Antonio Coleman, D'Angelo Garner and Jamaria Clark each scored two.

Andre Lewis led Show & Tell with nine points and Kentravion Lister and D'Antre Bradley each scored two.

11 to 14 year-old girls

Cooksey's Tax Service 19, Pink Diamonds 15

Shatera Batton led Cooksey's with eight points. Jazmine Dawson scored four points and Nicollette Walker added three. My'Equanek Gill scored two and Tijahia Edwards and Alaysia Wright both scored one.

Adrienne Harper scored six points and Cardacious Smith had five to lead the Pink Diamonds. Whitney Aubrey and Lamya Hampton both scored two.

Pink Diamonds 40, VPW 24

Shamorrow Whiting scored 14 points to lead the Pink Diamonds. Adrienne Harper had eight and Cordacious Smith, Jaylah Shine and Lamya Hampton each scored six.

Tiaga Pugh led VPW with 16 points. Ebony Pugh scored four points, Morgan Starkey had two and Ja'Mya Robinson and Destini Powell each had one.

Seven to 10 year-old girls

Kennon Angels 22, Lil' Saints 16

Kye Jones had 14 points and Reagan Lee had eight to lead the Angels.

Derrica Gilbert led the Lil' Saints with 13 points. Tykenya Harris scored tow and Zimya Manning had one.

Shelton Divas 27, Kennon Angels 13

ShunTorri Rodgers led the Divas with 12 points. Tayler Banks scored eight points and Sa'Ambra Hadnot had four. ChaToriana Ward scored two and Jordan Shelton had one.

Kye Jones led Kennon Angels with 10 points. Reagan lee scored two and Chyna Halbert added one.
