Accused of having sex with inmate
A Springhill reserve police officer has been charged with malfeasance in office by having sexual contact with an inmate.
Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd outlined the details of the incident and the arrest of Charles Alexander Blanks, 27, during a press conference Tuesday morning, but he would not divulge any details about the victim.
