New ‘Peabody’ to be made public October 24
Fear and uncertainty have begun to rumble through the rumor mill about possible recommendations outlined in what has become known as the "Peabody Report," a study conducted of the Webster Parish School System by "The Peabody Associates."
The report from the six-month comprehensive study, paid for by Madden Contracting at a cost of $565,000, may be complete, but it has not been formally released.
