All City of Minden utility customers were without power for a little more than three hours Tuesday after a tractor-trailer rig took out a 115,000-volt transmission line on KCS Drive near the railroad tracks.
"Any time that line is hit, it has the potential to be dangerous," said Minden Mayor Bill Robertson. "It knocked a section of lines down, and it takes a while to put it all back up."
