The Coordinating and Development Corporation Survey in partnership with The Minden-South Webster Chamber of Commerce conducted a survey that was designed to identify how Webster Parish citizens and businesses use the Internet, and provide training to help those who would like to become more Internet competent. One entry was selected to win a $100 gift certificate. The winner was Gladys Johnson Jackson of Minden. Gladys filled out the form at the Minden Branch of the Webster Parish Library.
