Parent: Bus stop still a problem

HELFIN — Phyllis McGraw wanted to address the Webster Parish School Board at its Monday meeting but learned she had not made the request far enough in advance to be placed on the agenda.

If she had been able to address the board, she was hoping to discuss a new state law regarding students loading onto and off school buses and how it affects her three children.
