A spat between a man and woman at a local restaurant Thursday ended in an alcohol and drug arrest by Minden Police officers.
Kenneth C. Brewer, 28, of the 100 block of Brewer Road, Minden, was charged with public intoxication and possession of CDS Sch. II Hydrocodone.
