Many area businesses and public office buildings will be closed Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Banks closing include Gibsland Bank (Wal-Mart branch will be open), Regions Bank, Richland State Bank, Capital One, MBL Bank, Carter Federal Credit Union and Citizens Bank.
All banks will observe regular drive-through hours Saturday, July 3.
